Smart & Sustainable Heat Pump.

Kühl offers both electric and heat pump options. Heat Pumps provide energy-efficient heating by extracting heat from the outside air. They can be used for primary heating in moderate climates and as supplemental heating in colder climates. 230-volt models have backup electric heat that will activate when outside temperatures are too cold for efficient heat pump operation.

What is a MERV filter rating?

MERV, or an air filter’s Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value - measures how effectively the filter stops dust and other contaminants from passing through the filter and into the air stream.

Filters with a MERV 13 rating traps small particles more effectively than filters with lower MERV ratings.
