If you own a UCT10A30A model and are experiencing low or no cooling performance, your unit may have a low refrigerant charge from the factory due to equipment malfunction.

The low refrigerant charge may lead to reduced cooling capacity.  It is still safe to operate your unit.  If you believe your unit may be experiencing this condition please check the serial number.

If your unit falls within the serial number range of 1912H03384 and 1912H03691, your unit may be affected.
