.. Just wanted to say that here at Ed’s we've been selling Friedrich for the last six years. We've found them to have great support, both before and after the sale, the products are very dependable, we've had practically no warranty claims, their technical support is above and beyond - if a customer does have a question, they're very responsive. Here in Tampa, Florida, the one thing a hotel needs is quality HVAC services. We decided to go with Friedrich how reliable all of their units have been, not only to our properties but other properties... There customer service and technical support representatives are great. Overall, the equipment and the service has been everything advertised.
