The Friedrich Difference

Just wanted to say that here at Ed’s we've been selling Friedrich for the last six years. We've found them to have great support, both before and after the sale, the products are very dependable, we've had practically no warranty claims, their technical support is above and beyond - if a customer does have a question, they're very responsive. We've found that pretty much they run the gamut on products as far as anything our customers have ever asked for, we've been able to fill their needs using Friedrich products… As far as the service and ability of the product goes… I used Friedrich for probably five years prior to coming to the wholesale side of the business as a contractor and found it very easy to install, very dependable. Customers absolutely love the product, they love the ease of using it, and how it does a great job. We look forward to doing business with Friedrich in the future and I would highly recommend them to any distributor or contractor out there.
While it’s a little pricier than some of the other recommended brands, three of our experts agreed that Friedrich makes the highest quality window ACs. Sylwia Dudek-Gorski, operations manager at the air conditioner service Figlia & Sons, calls Friedrich “the king of air conditioners,” and says “they make the best equipment.” According to Berkson, they’re extremely efficient at processing the refrigerant gasses responsible for creating cold air, so that “you get a little bit colder air and a little bit more air flow.” 
We've been so happy with Friedrich as a company - their responsiveness, follow-up to any issues that we encounter has been incredible, the remote management system being able to fix problem from off-site, analyze the system from off-site has been a game changer for Concord. As well as the quality of the air with the CRP system providing fresh air to the rooms, no more musty smells, we couldn't be happier and again just happy to have Friedrich as our partner.
But we really pushed for Friedrich PTAC units because we knew we would get what we needed for the dorm.” Morley’s team stipulated they install Friedrich’s FreshAire inverter compressor PTAC. As Reeves Young’s project manager, Joe Klein, explained, “It was our decision to start with Friedrich. Emory came back and said, ‘Here is the Friedrich model we want you to use.’ Then we then found out it works even better with moisture, so we said, yes, let’s do it.”
My relationship with Friedrich began in this ever so interesting year of 2020 when it was assigned to me as one of the product lines that I'm responsible for. From the beginning, I can truly say that the support team that I work with... has been absolutely fantastic. You know, we joke that a relationship with the vendor, the Ware Group, is a lot like a marriage, so the fact that we have such a long-standing relationship with Friedrich considers them such a close and valuable partner speaks volumes - not only to the quality of the products that they produce but the quality of the team and the values they uphold. I think the greatest strengths for Friedrich are its brand and its people. The brand's been around forever, contractors know it, they trust it and like I said the people, the folks that I work with at Friedrich go above and beyond and we really appreciate that as a distributor, it means a lot.

 

Here in Tampa, Florida, the one thing a hotel needs is quality HVAC services. We decided to go with Friedrich how reliable all of their units have been, not only to our properties but other properties... There customer service and technical support representatives are great. Overall, the equipment and the service has been everything advertised. What I would say to all hotel owners, operators, especially Chief Engineers out there that are going to be working with a VRF system as well as a FreshAire PTAC... Friedrich is known to produce long-lasting reliable units. They are easy to diagnose and replace parts, their thermostats are wi-fi capable and they work with our hotel management system.
Three out of our four experts recommended the Friedrich Kühl series by name when it came to the best smart ACs you can buy. Like with regular ACs, you’ll need a smart one with more BTUs.
